Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy systems to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Rooted in Japanese lineage, the word Reiki translates to “universal life force energy” — the vital energy that flows through all living things. When that flow becomes disrupted, we can feel “off,” stuck, or depleted. Reiki invites you to slow down and turn inward, gently restoring balance through deep relaxation, energetic realignment, and a sense of inner peace.

In-Person Reiki (Home Studio)

Receive a hands-on Reiki session in the calming space of my home studio. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation while I gently channel healing energy through light touch or hands above the body — supporting balance and restoration on all levels.

Mobile Reiki
(In Your Home)

Prefer to receive Reiki in your own environment? I’ll come to you with everything needed for a peaceful, grounding session. All you have to do is create a quiet space where you can fully relax and receive.

Long Distance Reiki

Reiki knows no bounds. In this remote session, I’ll channel healing energy to you from a distance while you rest in the comfort of your own space. Afterwards, I’ll message you with any impressions or insights that came through during the session.

What To Expect During A 1:1 Reiki Session?

During a Reiki session, I serve as a channel for this healing energy — allowing it to flow through my hands and into your body, wherever it’s most needed.

When you arrive, we’ll begin with a short chat so I can get a sense of how you’re feeling and what brought you in. From there, I’ll help you settle into a comfortable resting position and gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation. My hands will either lightly rest on or hover just above your body — whichever feels right for you.

There’s no pressure to “do” anything — your only job is to rest. You might feel warmth, tingling, or a gentle wave of energy moving through you. Some people experience emotional release, while others simply feel calm and quiet. Every session is different, and your body will take exactly what it needs.

After the session, you’ll have space to reflect, and I’ll offer any intuitive impressions or insights that came through, if you're open to receiving them.

My intention is always to hold space with presence, compassion, and care — so you feel safe to soften, release, and return to yourself.
