You don’t need to do anything during a sound healing session - simply lie back, receive, and allow the frequencies to wash over you.

Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy systems to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
Rooted in Japanese lineage, the word Reiki translates to “universal life force energy” — the vital energy that flows through all living things. When that flow becomes disrupted, we can feel “off,” stuck, or depleted.
Reiki invites you to slow down and turn inward, gently restoring balance through deep relaxation, energetic realignment, and a sense of inner peace.


Yoga
Yoga is a mindful practice that connects breath, movement, and awareness to support balance in the body and mind. Through intentional movement and breathwork, yoga helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate presence. There’s no need to push or perform—simply move at your own pace and allow yourself to arrive fully in the present moment.
I offer yoga through community classes, private sessions, and special events - creating welcoming spaces where people of all levels can slow down, listen to their bodies, and find ease.
