What To Expect During A 1:1 Sound Healing Session?
When you arrive for your private sound bath, you’ll step into a calm, nurturing space designed to help you fully relax. You’ll lie back on a comfortable mat, supported with cushions and blankets, as I intuitively play a selection of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. These gentle, resonant frequencies flow through your body and energy field, helping to calm the mind and restore balance.You may experience deep relaxation, a sense of lightness, or subtle shifts in your thoughts and emotions. Some people notice vivid imagery, gentle tingling in the hands or feet, emotional release, or a profound peaceful stillness. There’s nothing you need to “do” except receive, rest, and allow the sound to guide you.
